I’m Namita Sharma, a passionate Senior Health Coach and nutrition specialist. Helping people transform their lives through better nutrition and lifestyle choices.
My journey into health coaching began with a personal quest for well-being, which ignited a deep desire to help others find their path to health.
Before wellness as a coach — I stepped in as a woman struggling to breathe, when postpartum weight, and even pneumonia controlled my life. Every monsoon felt like a battle my body wasn’t ready for.
I rebuilt myself slowly — balanced routines, and personalised wellness practices. Step by step, I transformed my health and dropped to 61 kgs. Today, I teach the same system that healed me. If I could change my life, you can too.

MY Transformation
For years , my life was ruled by constant illness postpartum pregnancy repeated fevers, and even pneumonia become a pattern – especially during every monsoon. My body felt fragile, drained, and unprepared for even the simplest challenges. I knew something had to change, but I didn’t know where to begin.
So I started with one small decision to rebuild myself , slowly and intentionallly.
With balanced routines, mindful habits, and a nutrition-first
lifestyle, I began healing from within. I watched my energy retrun. My immunity strengthened. My breath became easier.
the same system that healed me could transform others too.
What began as a personal fight for my health evolved into a purpose – to guide people who are struggling just like i was. Today, as a Senior Health Coach & Nutrition Specialist, I help individuals redesign their lifestyle, nurture their lifesyle, nurture their immunity, and achieve sustainable wellness through a compassionate, personalised approach.
